Patients with epilepsy who may benefit from tracking of seizure frequency for long term tracking and faster medication titration.

EpxEpilepsy uses text messaging or phone calling, based on patient preference, to prompt patients to respond with weekly seizure frequency.

  • How many seizures have you had?

The provider will be sent an optional text message or email alert if a patient reports a seizure frequency substantially increased based on their baseline rate of seizures.

Patients will be directed to call 911 if they are experiencing an emergency. You may designate a care provider to be acutely notified in the event of a defined critical value.
